What is your return policy?
There is no return or refund policy. Products are custom crafted to shoppers measurements. No returns or refunds will be made after fabric is cut. Fabric gets cut as soon as payment has been processed.
Exceptions include if product was visibly damaged or lost through shipping process. Shipping will be tracked to prevent packages getting lost.
How do I order clothes?
1. Select Fabric (Available fabrics are always listed under 'Shop').
2. Select Style (Under 'Style Catalog' there is a collection of 15+ styles to pick from. Style picked will go with selected fabric).
3. Select Size (Size options range from an xs-3x)
How long do packages take to arrive?
Typically within 5-6 days from ordering.
Fabric is cut, and product is in the works immediately once payment has been processed. Packages are shipped out within 1-2 days. It takes 2-3 days to be delivered once being shipped. Package are set for 2 day delivery, but delays may occur due to closures on Sunday.
